Are you ready for tax season and year end?
Here are some things you should be preparing for as year end approaches (if you need help give us a call):
- Setup a QB file so you can just print off a P&L for your CPA vs having them calculate your income and expenses - this will save you money
- Reconcile your bank accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Collect W9's from any vendor you paid more than $600 to in 2010, in order to print 1099's in January
- Print W2's for your employees in January
- File quarterly / annual payroll tax returns for all state and federal agencies
- File quarterly / annual B&O and/or Excise tax returns for all city and state agencies
- Organize your receipts and statements to file away
